kay.  Here I am ready to go.  It’s 8 am and I’m sitting out on the balcony of my newly rented apartment.  My very own first place in the whole wide world. I can hardly wait to decorate.  I’m going to  sponge paint the walls, collage the bathroom doors, sand off the railings…I just need to find the home depot.  (more …)

‘m tingling from head to toe.
I close my eyes. Take a deep breath. My heart is beating - beating so hard into my throat that I can’t speak.
Beating desperately that I start to panic as I begin to feel the airway getting tighter and tighter. Spasms starts in my lips, beads of sweat explode under my nose, my hand comes up to my throat fingers in my mouth - I must get air, I must scream. (more …)
